How does the revision process work

STEP 1
You submit a revision request
Request edits from the Customer Area using the ‘request revision' button on the order page, chat, or email. Specify the issue or send a paper with comments on what you want to fix.
STEP 2
We are processing your request
After getting your request, our quality assurance department carefully checks the problem points, identifies the revision time frame, and forwards a paper to the writer.
STEP 3
You get a revised paper
Once your work is revised and all problem points are fixed according to your comments, you will receive a notification about paper readiness and can download it from the Customer Area.

Here are answers to some other questions

When can I request revision(s) for my paper?

You can ask for amendments at any time after receiving your paper. The revision period starts with your order deadline and ends after 14 or 30 days. We understand that some orders may vary in complexity and size. This way, we guarantee a 30-day free revisioning for sufficiently large and complex papers like dissertations, theses, or capstones. Please note that there may be exceptional cases when the period can be prolonged for 180 days. Exceptional cases mean the plagiarism in your paper is confirmed. Still, such cases are very rare and solid grounds for a refund.

What if I need edits when the revision period expires?

If the editing request is made after the expiration of the revision period, it will be considered a new order as editing services and will require an additional fee. That's why we highly recommend customers submit their papers for editing within standard 14 or 30 days, even if there are exceptional cases when the period can be prolonged.

What are the reasons for submitting a revision request?

You can ask for amendments if the work you get doesn't meet any of your requirements or doesn't comply with your instructions. Other solid reasons are the comments from your supervisor (please check it should be consistent with your initial instructions) and any gaps from our side or noncompliance with our guarantees.

How many requests can I send?

You may request an unlimited number of editing rounds within the specified revision period.

Are there any additional charges for edits?

No, there are not. All the changes we make are absolutely free. However, please note that your work will be revised based on the original instructions. Any new, additional, or differing instructions you add to the request will be interpreted as a new order requiring an extra fee.

How will I be notified about the progress of my revision request?

You will get notifications about the editing progress via email or messages. The updates are the same as with your order: you'll receive updates after submitting a request and when the paper is complete.
